If you like tea, you should visit harbor Tea and Spice. Its worth fighting the crowds up Franklin Street just to see their large selection of house-blended teas and ingredients. They make the only dried spruce tip tea we could find south of Anchorage. Super friendly and helpful staff and plenty of freedom to roam the store and take in what they have. Their Samovar blend is one of our favorites, and tastes as good as it smells!

Decent selection of spices, dried herbs and flowers for teas, a few essential oil products, and loose-leaf tea blends (both generic as well as a few specialty ones using native Alaskan plants). The guy working the day we were there was super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. He was happy to talk to you and help find what you're looking for (even if they didn't have it, but he knew someone else in town might!)

I’ve gone to Harbor Tea & Spice on my last 2 visits to Alaska. They are on a Main Street in Juneau, easy to walk to from a cruise ship. It’s the cutest tea shop ever! I love their Ice Cave Blue Tea made with all organic ingredients and really is blue! They have Alaska made soaps and lotions / salves as well. The store representative is super friendly, and prices are very reasonable for the quality of teas you get. They legit have probably at least 75 different types of teas if not more. This was the first place I had listed to visit in Juneau, so I could stock up again.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I absolutely loved this store while in port in Juneau. The owner was so, so friendly. She was able to give recommendations and was so knowledgeable and patient will all of my questions. We left with some really awesome and unique gifts and stuff for myself and to offer at the spa back in SC. You simply just check this store out. Definitely check out the Ice Cave Blue Tea. I also bought a mushroom coffee sample to try and several single tea drops in a variety of flavors. It is so cozy and the vibe is phenomenal in here. Absolutely worth a vis checking out. If I could have figured out a way to get a tea set back home, I most definitely would've come home with one of those as well. Just an overall amazing and inviting space.
